DLNA 4405 Error Gukbe2000 View Member Profile Feb 9 2011, 05:07 AM Post #1 Newbie Group: Members Posts: 1 Joined: 9-February 11 Member No.: 8,895,001 Hi - I've been using Nero Media 4 as a media server for my PS3 for a while and it's worked perfectly. About a day ago I tried accessing Media Home via PS3 to stream some video. Instead of showing all the folders/files available it only showed a folder named Collections which was empty. Normally you can click on the Media Home icon on the PS3 and it will show a list of folders available under an All Media folder. As soon as I clicked this new Collections folder I got a DLNA Error 4405. I've tried re-indexing my folders and checking the settings on Media Home but everything seems normal. I'm not sure where this Collections folder came from and why my indexed folders aren't appearing. I'm not sure what's going on. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I've contacted Nero tech support but it takes them days to respond to email and their only suggestion always seems to be uninstall and reinstall the program (which I've already done). If anyone knows of a fix, please share. Thanks! wither View Member Profile Feb 9 2011, 05:25 PM Post #2 Advanced Member Group: Members Posts: 21,667 Joined: 30-August 08 Member No.: 8,132,427 If the streaming is via a router, try pulling the power plug on the router, plugging it back in and letting it reconfigure. You might have to reboot to run the server so the shared files are found.
