I have a generic handler which contains: public class MyHandler: IHttpHandler { public void Processrequest(HttpContext context) { switch (somepage) { case "page1.aspx" this.DoThis(); // throws error now System.MissingMethodException: Method not found? } } public void c# no suitable method found to override interface DoThis() { // } } c# asp.net httphandler share|improve this question edited Nov 9 '11 at 2:10 Amy 11.6k1348102 asked Nov 9 '11 at 0:09 user603007 3,3292368122 can you post some more code, because this code is not valid. –mironych Nov 9 '11 at 0:37 2 What is somepage? Today, I wrote a new method in the same class where the generic method resides and I still get the "System.MissingMethodException: Method not found" error.
