Most likely the console will need to be replaced. The part number is WB07X11040 and the console is expensive. You will also need a technician to check and repair this problem. Microwaves do not make good do-it-yourself projects. Microwaves contain high-voltage components that can retain a lethal electrical charge of up to 2200 VAC -- even when the microwave is unplugged.
