When trying to install a hotfix or service pack or an existing install, the error "An error occurred during the move data process: -115 or 132" will come up. Cause The file WinPkg.dll was corrupted when the install was working.In the event of the -132 error, there is one or more users remoted into the server that Deployment server is installed on. Solution Rename the WinPkg.dll file and try the install again with no services or consoles running for DS.Or Delete everything under %temp%Restart the install.Another thing to look in the event of the -132 error is to make sure that there are no remote sessions in to the server that is running anything in the

When it failed to start up recently (I can't remember the error now), I decided the quick fix was to reinstall it. So I deinstalled then tried to install. When move data process I did I get the error "An error occurred during the move data process: -132" at the 69%complete portion of the installation. I have "Norton Anti-Virus" installed which I disable and I still get the error. I disabled Norton and Spybot's Resident protection then rebooted. The three-digit number after the dash (represented by the three #s in the title) can vary, but some common ones are 106, 113, 115, 119, and 132. . . .http://kb.iu.edu/data/agng.htmlAlso, make sure no part of ICE (if there was a previous version installed) is running (like icelp, etc). Delete the J.River registry entries (both places) if a previous version was installed. ESPECIALLY if it wasn't vista compatible.
