Usually, from my experience, you usually get an HTTP 500 server type error if the set objHttp = server... setting is wrong. For the second, if you are using the sandbox, you should have: objHttp.open "POST", "http://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr", false. The token should be from the one generated from the sandbox account for your business. As for the token being "locked out," I don't think this is possible since it is just a string to check.
