Nr2003 Runtime Error R6025

windows 7 on it and put nr2003 on it and every time I try to nascar racing 2003 no cd patch open nr2003 I get a runtime error with windows 7. Does anyone know how to fix this? xXRACERXx, Dec 25, 2009

I ran into this nascar racing 2003 crashes when i click drive problem as well when I upgraded to Win7 and found a handy batch file that did the same thing, but this should work just as well. Also, remember to run NR2003 as an administrator. I have windows 7 home premium (64 bit) and I've heard windows 7 proffesional lets u run 32 bit programs. I think I'm gonna have to call hp and pay $80 to upgrade to pro. :sad: Oh well, it's worth it for nr2003. I only get low fps in traffic. The problem I have now is the sound sounds horrible when racing, I would classify it sounds like the sound just moves around to each speaker, not playing all at once. Is your hard drive or CD-ROM drive not using compatibility mode paging? click Start->settings->Control Panel. Double-click System. Click the Performance tab at the top of this window. The File System should list as 32-bit You should also see a line that reads "your system is configured for optimal performance." If you do not see both of these, then there may be a problem with your CD-ROM drive or your hard drive. Contact your computer's manufacturer or Microsoft for more information on correcting this issue. 2. Do you have open programs in the background while trying to install the game, especially Antivirus or System checking software? Reboot the PC Once you are back to Windows, press ctrl-alt-del. From the "Close Program" window that opens, the only two items that should appear in this list are Explorer and Systray. To temporarily disable all other programs, highlight the first item in the list and click end task. Continue this process until you have closed all programs except Explorer and Systray. Start the installation again. 3. Do you have enough hard drive free space available? From Windows desktop, double click My Computer. Use the right mouse button to right-click on the c:\ drive.
