> Settings > Clear cache.I just purchased this at Best Buy last night and when I turned it on I went through the setup etc. and It told me a new firmware update was found so I had to connect it to the computer to get it done and installed. After that It rebooted and I went to use it but I found a problem with the AppsLib, when I go to it I can't seem to go anywhere from it, I cleared the cache like it told me to and the same network error occurred while attempting to read from the file msi problem still occurred. So does anyone here find a issue with this or can you tell me how to fix this problem of mine? Thanks in Advance! Wi-Fi Networks are available and his BT connection is shown in the list on the tablet but won't connect. He keeps getting Authentication Problem. It should connect automatically. When he tries to add a network it won't accept his password which he knows is correct. Signal strength is showing Excellent with WPA/WPA2PSK security. Any ideas please?
