I am using a Virtual Machine based MOSS installation. Network Error (tcp_error) A network error (tcp_error) operation timed out communication error occurred: "Connection refused" The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. But other users, some other country, have no problem. i think there must be a problem with internet service provider. It's been past April 1st-3rd; the time it was supposed to take Wild Blue to upgrade their servers. ....As of the past couple of days, the only "upgrade" I've seen is how easily they've screwed up their services. I can login just fine, no problem. The real issue here is when I attempt to go to check the Wild Blue Net Meter. It says my Username (Email obviously, since that was the entire mainstay of the upgrade), and Password. It shows it as being incorrect when I KNOW it is not. So I figure perhaps the problem is that I may need to fiddle with something in my account management options. So I click on the Account Management option.
