Según el soporte de Microsoft, el tamaño máximo para los archivos .dbx utilizados por Outlook Express es de 2 Gb. ¿Cómo puedo solucionar el error 0x800C0133? Elimine algunos correos almacenados en Outlook Express. Cree un nuevo directorio en Outlook Express y mueva sus correos al nuevo directorio. Cree una nueva Bandeja de entrada para Outlook. Para crear una nueva Bandeja de entrada para Outlook Express siga los siguientes pasos: Cree un nuevo directorio en Outlook Express llamado “Correos antiguos”, seleccione los correos antiguos de su bandeja de entrada y arrástrelos hasta el nuevo directorio “Correos antiguos”. Busque la localización del directorio donde se almacenan todos los correos de Outlook Express en su Pc, para ello desde Outlook Express pulse en Herramientas, Opciones, pulse en la pestaña Mantenimiento y en Carpeta de almacén.
