Error description db_server Accept failed: No buffer space available on HP-UX causes ClearCase client commands to terminate HP-UX 11.23 IA VOB server ClearCase 7.0.x, 7.1.x and 7.1.2.x Symptoms: Under extreme system load, the accept() call could return ENOBUFS (?No buffer space available?) when there are not enough resources to facilitate the system call.
