I needed to delete some but couldn't even get into my gallery to delete some photos. So I went a different way: Apps / My Files / Images / Camera From here you can select and delete any unnecessary photos to at least get things working again. I have a lot of videos and still shots. If you cannot live without any of yours, I don't know what to do. At first i noticed this when trying to record a voice message at whatsapp, i couldn't do that and an error message was delivered. Then, when I try to access the GALLERY, I get this message: "Not enough space, delete unnecessary items. such as downloaded software, pictures, videos and documents." When I got that error, i thought it was a phone firmware problem, so I made a wipe reset. Things went well for some hours, but then i got this same error message when trying to access the gallery. Looking up online, i found some people who said that might be a problem of the Micro SD memory, so I formatted it, and again, things went well for some hours, but now i'm having the same problem. I'm now trying another microSD card, but i still get this error. Another problem i'm getting is that, for example whatsapp, doesn't respond, it freezes and crashes. I would be really grateful if anyone could help me with this problem. Thanks in advance! The message may have nothing to do with your micro sd card. How fall is your phone memory. Could still be a firmware problem and require updating.
