We had Dell replace the motherboard and replace the memory and still had the same issue. Dell suggested that we reformat the drive and load the 64 bit version of windows 7. Once we did that, we haven't had a problem since. We have plenty desktops that are on the 32 bit OS and this never happens. Only with the laptops.
