Their should be a configure log file generated by the configuration script, which should give you a bit more information. Review the log file, and find the line where it checks for snmp, what does it say? wibbit View Public Profile Send a private message to wibbit Find all posts by wibbit #6 05-12-2008, 04:04 akatsuki Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Posts: 10 Execute command; $ net-snmp-config --libs You will see paths net-snmp library installed. And then check the symbolic link 'libnetsnmp.so' exist
VMware doesn't), but before I do I must be able to print to my wired network connected HP Officejet Pro https://answers.launchpad.net/hplip/+question/162768 8500a. While doing the ./configue on a CentOS 5.3 x86_64 box, I get the following message: configure: error: cannot find libcups support However, when I look for libcups: [root@jpdsys3 ~]# find /usr -name libcup* /usr/lib/libcups.so.2 /usr/lib/libcupsimage.so /usr/lib/libcups.so /usr/lib/libcupsimage.so.2 /usr/lib64/libcups.so.2 /usr/lib64/libcupsimage.so /usr/lib64/libcups.so /usr/lib64/libcupsimage.so.2 I find the missing libcups. Any ideas on what I should do not found now? Will this problem exist on a machine running CentOS 5.6 x86_64?
