Int Dongle Tune Error
Please note Fitbug devices will only communicate to your computer via the Fitbug Dongle. Low Energy Bluetooth dongles are not compatible with Fitbug devices. If you are unable to upload your error 633 o2 dongle steps from your Air or Orb on a PC please check if the Dongle drivers are installed. The below guide shows you how to ensure that your Dongle drivers are installed correctly. Step 1: Locate the black Fitbug icon on the system's tray (you will find this on the bottom-right corner near your PC's time). Step 2: Right-click on the Fitbug icon and click avid dongle not found Exit. This closes the Fitbug software. Step 3: Click theStart iconand type 'device manager' into the search box. Step 4: Click Device Manager in the search results. This opens the Device Manager software that comes installed on every Windows PC. Step 5:You should now see something similar to the screen below. Right-click on 'Low Energy Dongle' then click 'Update Driver Software'. Step 6: Click 'Browse my computer for driver software'. Step 7: Click 'Browse'. Make sure that 'Include subfolders' is selected. Step 8: Click 'Computer'. Step 9: Click 'C:' to select your main hard drive Step 10: Click 'Program Files (x86)'. If you cannot locate this click 'Program Files'. Step 11: Click 'Fitbug Limited' Step 12: You should now see something similar to the screen below. Click 'Next' Step 13: Click 'allow' or 'install' if you see a warning box. Step 14: The software will begin to install. This normally takes a few seconds or sometimes up to a few minutes. Step 15: You should now see the belowsuccess message indicating that the installation was successful. Step 16: Click

I dont not found understand why, as the dongle is plugged in and there is no reason for this. Does anybodyhave any ideas?
