An Error Occurred In Initializing Dhcpv4. Error Code Is 0x5the error is about tdx service missing, "netio legacy tdi support driver" is missing I tried copying tdx.sys and tdx windows could not start the ip helper service on local computer service registry from a similar computer, but when trying to start the tdx service: net start tdx System error 1058 has occured. The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no dhcp server service will not start enabled devices associated with it. When I go to the device manager, and "show hidden devices", "NetIO Legacy TDI" is not under Non-Plug and Play Drivers When starting DHCP services net start dhcp System error 1068 has occurred. The dependecy service or group failed to start. From the System Log: The DHCP Client service depends on the NetIO Legacy TDI Support Driver service which failed to start because of the following error:

Also as it may be an application issue you might try checking the system and application logs. To do so, right click 'My Computer' and select 'Manage' within the computer management window select the 'Event Viewer' > 'Windows Logs' options to view these.
