What does it mean? For some reason, the program must have been launched twice. We recommend that you restart your computer and relaunch the CD-ROM by clicking on "Start", "Programs". They sound like a gamers worst nightmare come true. Dissatisfied purchasers have been in touch with Ubisoft and basically Ubisoft's response is, "Keep trying". There are some patches available but so many people are having so many problems I am convinced it is a poorly put together program. Suggest you return your game to wherever you bought it and if they refuse a refund point them in turn to Ubisoft's own Forums and then Trading Standards. It's not good enough that games companies turn out this trash and once they have your money shirk all responsibility. Sorry I can't be of more help. I have
