Does anyone know what that means or does anyone have the service manual for it? Thanks! I googled the error 15504 for the Oce printer and got this page. We did this (see photo) and that seemed to sort the problem out for the meantime (until service guy gets here). I dare say it's a sensor somewhere. So jam a roll of cardboard from a used roll in behind the roller (as in the photo) and that does the trick. Hopefully this works for anyone else with the problem.
