Offdiag12 Error Outlook

We got following msg on many of our testers. To make sure that error is not due to a corrupted file in the source, the way we install it (MSP) or the service pack and hotfixes, I did install from the CD with same result. Any idea on what is causing this? In the Open box type: Outlook /safe, there's nothing. Is that normal? Where is: Tools-Trust Center-Add-ins. At the bottom in the Manage section, select Exchange Client Extensions. Click Go. It will then give you the Add-In Manager. I dont understand that part: Recreate the Local Profile on the PC.
