a user submitted a support request and was very frustrated. She was using Outlook 2003. Every time she attempted to create a new email message, either the module ole32.dll was loaded but the call from scratch or when replying to someone, she received the following error:

I still get the message as before. Outlook appears to download the email, but does not show in read pane. There is message: Message cannot be displayed in the read pane. Open item to view. Clicking on the email in the Inbox list brings the famous OLE error message. I have laptop with XP Pro and it came with Office 2007 pre-installed. I installed Office 2003 over the top, but it was sluggish. I uninstalled Office 2007 and all applications are running quick and fine - just this problem with Outlook 2003 Any solutions? o
