Onkyo Error 0-04
Wed Feb 18, 2015 5:21 pm I followed the instructions to the tee. Tried both front onkyo resolution error and rear USB ports. Tried the unzipped folder, just the unzipped folders contents, no folders at all and just files, every configuration and step onkyo resolution error no sound I could imagine along the way (including drilling into the folder contents once the USB storage icon shows) and I cannot get it to update.Error is "Error!! 0-14" ""DL Error Not Found" Jeffc_7373 offline Posts: 4Joined: Sat Jan 05,

To check the File System of the USB (Using a Windows Based Computer) Go into the Start Menu of the computer from Start go to Computer (or My Computer) from Computer go to removable disk drive and right

click on the removable disk drive where the USB is located. Go to File System and make sure the File System is set to a FAT 32. Go back to the update you downloaded from the Onkyo website (the original zipped folder) and open the folder. (This Step Is Important To Follow Exactly As Instructed) Using the Mouse (or touch pad) move the Pointer beneath (not on) the last File (not Folder) shown inside of this zipped folder and Right Click using the Mouse (or touch pad) you should get an option to Extract All Files. When you get to a Browse option in the Extraction Wizard Click on Browse go to Computer (or My Computer) find the Removable Drive containing the USB and Click on the Removable Drive. Click Extract All Files and the files should be copied to the USB. You should be able to run the update at that time.
