Jbas010839 Error
only takes a minute: Sign up JBoss 5.1 shows “Failed to process changes” when hot-deploying a WAR up vote 0 down vote favorite I'm very new to this, so there's a good chance I'm doing something wrong, but I'm just trying to get set up with writing some JSPs using JBoss 5.1. I write the JSP page (really basic, just some HTML and a little bit of output to make sure the JSP is actually being processed) then I try to build the WAR and hot deploy it with the following commands: jar -cvf jsptests.war *.jsp WEB-INF copy jsptests.war "%JBOSS_HOME%\server\default\deploy" If I do this without having JBoss running, then it will copy into the deploy folder and it will appear after I start JBoss, however, if I do the same thing while JBoss is running I see the following error in the console: WARN [org.jboss.system.server.profileservice.hotdeploy.HDScanner] (HDScanner) Failed to process changes java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while adding re-deployments I've seen a few others experiencing this on some other forums but haven't found an answer anywhere. Thanks. java jsp jboss war share|improve this question asked Oct 14 '11 at 18:19 nerdabilly 94241331 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 1 down vote This happends when the file is not fully copied, but JBoss's hot deploy scanner sees a .war file there and tries to read it.One way to do solve this is to move/rename the file rather than copy

windows linux all This error occurs when you try to add a key that's already been added to another account or repository. Finding where the key has been used To determine where the key has already been used, open a terminal and type the ssh command. Use the -i flag to provide the path to the key you want to check: ssh -T -ai ~/.ssh/id_rsa git@github.com # Connect to GitHub using a specific ssh key Hi username! You've successfully authenticated, but GitHub does not provide shell access. The username in the response is the GitHub account that the key is currently attached to. If the response looks something like "username/repo", the key has been attached to a repository as a deploy key. Fixing the issue To resolve the issue, first remove the key from the other account or repository and then add it to your account. If you don't have permissions to transfer the key, and can't contact a user who does, remove the keypair and generate a brand new one. Deploy keys Once a key has been attached to one repository as a deploy key, it cannot be used on another repository. If you're running into this error while setting up deploy keys, check out our guide on deploy keys for more details.
