When they operation failed outlook 2010 click "new-email", "send-receive" occurs error "The operation failed". When click Tools-->email-acounts occurs error "The operation failed due to a registry or outlook the operation failed an object cannot be found instaliation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the Problem persists, please reinstall". But users receive emails automaticaly. We use in organization Exchange 2010 server. Some users use outlook 2007, others outlook 2003. Problem is
Outlook 2003 Operation Failed When Opening
just (until) with outlook 2003. We have WSUS server and maybe this occurs after computers get updates? I try to uninstall latests update for Outlook: KB980373. When I uninstall update and user log in computer, outlook work fain and user don't get errors. We disabled update KB980373 from WSUS console. But when computer is rebooted the problem occurs again. When I log in this computer with another acount, outlook works outlook the operation failed the messaging interfaces fain. I tried reinstall office 2003. After that the problem was gone for some users, for others occured again after computer was rebooted. there's nothing In event viewer about office or outlook Please help!!! Many thanks!!!
