Solved change data drive "F" to "D" causes error "an internal error occured" Posted on 2010-10-30 Windows Server 2003 3 Verified Solutions 5 Comments 1,842 Views Last Modified: 2012-06-27 On operation was server 2003 (a terminal/application server) I am trying to change the "F" data partition to "D" prior to installing applications. When I try to do this via the server management console, I get an error saying "Operation Canceled, an internal error has occured". I have already tried doing this in Safe Mode with the same effect. What are my options? I really dont want to wipe and reinstall this server.
