As from today I have been unable to send emails from Outlook 2003. The following error message occurs when I try: "Sending reported error (0x8004210B): the operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or ISP". The Detect and Repair utility in the Help Menu does not solve the problem, nor does disabling Norton 360. I have a dual boot system - when I send emails in Outlook 2003 from the second drive installed with Windows XP there are no problems. Please help! FreeCell 19:58 24 Jul 07 Google throws u

When sending and receiving, I can send just fine, but as soon as it gets to receive, the user name/password prompt pops up. All information is correct, but the box repeatedly pops up until I hit cancel. After I cancel, I get this error message: "Task 'pop.central.cox.net - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR invalid user name or password.'" I am absolutely certain that the user name and password are correct, as well as the POP3 and SMTP, and I followed the instructions provided by CoxMail to the letter. I tried using Outlook Express, but it gave me the same error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
