I've been doing all of my correspondence through my e-mail account at work. I thought that I was going to have to call a tech to my home to take a look at my computer.Someone suggested that I Google the error message and try to find a way to fix the problem myself. I did, and I found your post. I did exactly what you suggested and to my amazement, it worked! I can now send and receive e-mail from that account again. Thank you so much!I guess I should have saved any of the old e-mails I wanted to keep before going through those steps, but unfortunately, I didn't. So here's my next question: Is there any way to retrieve them from the "folders.old" folder? I'd really like some of them back if at all possible. Thanks. :-) November 26, 2007 at 3:13:00 AM GMT+8 zwr said... You know there is a very nice application Advanced Outlook Express Repair.
