an Event as mentioned below. ==================================================================== Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.4760.1000, time stamp: 0x4ba8fefd Faulting module name: WWLIB.DLL, version: 14.0.4762.1000, time stamp: 0x4bae2623 Exception code: 0xc0000006 Fault offset: 0x00d0a0d9 Faulting process id: 0xec4 Faulting application start time: 0x01cf2e36206bb9e2 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\WWLIB.DLL Report Id: 88d4982c-9a29-11e3-b0f1-842b2b9e2fa6 ==================================================================== Solution: This error occurs when the file “WWLIB.DLL” gets corrupted. The chances of corruption is due to Virus infections, malwares etc. So to fix this we need to repair or re-install the MS Office package. Repairing / re-installing will re-create https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2909131 this file. To repair the MS office suite, just go to the Control Panel >> Programs and features or Control Panel >> Programs >> Uninstall a program. There choose the Microsoft Office package (mine is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010), right click on it, select Change, then choose Repair. This will repair the MS Office suite installation. If suppose you get an error while repairing / re-installing https://stufs4u.wordpress.com/2014/02/21/ms-office-crashing-frequently/ regarding the same DLL file “WWLIB.DLL”, then we need to manually remove the same file from the MS Office installed location. The default location will be “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14” if your Windows is a 32 bit, and for a 64 bit OS the location will be “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14”. Just remove or rename this file. This will require administrative rights, so better do this in Command Prompt as Administrator user. Start >> cmd >> Run as administrator >> Rename or delete the file “WWLIB.DLL”. After this try once again repairing the MS Office installation, this time it will succeed. 9.939625 76.259498 Rate this:Share this:TwitterFacebookLike this:Like Loading...
