Removing and reinstalling didn't change things, indicating it's something in a file that incredimail does not remove normally. Any ideas? I recommend you to check again your Avast settings and make sure it doesn't block the email account (several users had some issues with Avast bvefore...). Also, check the firewall settings again or even try to disable it. Best regards,I
