The Microsoft Knowledge Base names this error "Mailbox Not Found" while outlook names it as an "Unknown Error." Is this still the same error? The message was deleted and the problem resolved. Thanks for your help!

Guest, May 9, 2006 #2 Advertisements Guest Guest I am not positive how it was resolved... But the problem was fixed. It had to do with the settings of the email account I was sending to. In my case, I had to CC my boss on every email, so I got that error message every time. Once the computer guys checked out his outlook settings, they noted the problem and fixed it, which then actually solved my problem. Sorry I can't be of more help.
