SInce a few weeks I got some Tickets with an temporarly and not reproduceable Outlook errors (Office 2010). The error message is: The required file activeds.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Outlook again. The same Error appears sometimes with RTFHTML.dll I mentioned a MS Patch, but i got no improvements by uninstalling the last Patches. After confirming the error Message Outlook restarts and the users can work normaly until the error appears again. Reinstalling Outlook / Office and Repairing dosen't help. Have someone encountered the same Problem? I have found a Workaround, but no solution: https://www.kylewise.net/citrix/xendesktop/microsoft-outlook-2010-randomly-crashes-when-trying-to-print-or-view-emails-on-xendesktop-7-6/ Kind regards,

Office 2007 and RTFHTML.dll Started by SIMON GOTTSCHLAG , 07 May 2010 - 07:06 AM Login to Reply 15 replies to this topic SIMON GOTTSCHLAG Members #1 SIMON GOTTSCHLAG 184 posts Posted 07 May 2010 - 07:06 AM Hi!I'm having a problem with Office 2007 that only occurs in my Windows 2008 environment. Outlook http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/264562-office-2007-and-rtfhtmldll/ stops working quite frequently when sending messages this error-message appears: "The required file RTFHTML.dll cannot be found in your path. Install Microsoft Office Outlook again.".I read a thread where they said that the file RTFHTML.dll could be found in the a temporary folder during the installation. I searched for it while creating the streaming profile and found it, copied it to C:\Windows\System32 (in the profile) as adviced but without result. The error-message still appears frequently.I've also tried copying the file to the local drive on the XenApp-server, but also without result. The Office-profile works just fine on Windows 7, both virtualized and on laptops.I've attached a screenshot of the error-message in this post.I don't know where to look to solve this problem. Really thankful for any response.Edited by: Simon Gottschlag on 2010-maj-07 03:53 Attached Files Untitled.png 3.52K 74 downloads 1298-264562-1459041 Back to top Oliver Monigatti Members #2 Oliver Monigatti 94 posts Posted 07 May 2010 - 09:46 AM HelloHave you tried to cache Outlook completely with RadeRun.exe?
