Have you checked the actual value that causes the error? Have you checked the actual value that causes the error?Click to expand... I couldn't tell if it was just one value or not. If I copy the sql to design view I just get the https://forums.techguy.org/threads/solved-access-error-overflow.669553/ overflow error immediately. I then removed the calcs and the query would run. Then I started playing around to see if I could get the calculations to work. I changed all values in the original table to doubles and set the "group by" total to expression. I have it working for now, so I hope that will suffice. Thanks! Roger rconverse, Jan 8, 2008 #4 This thread has been Locked and is not open to further replies. The result I'm shooting for is that if [Production] is zero, indicate zero, otherwise overflow error compute the percent of collection. ([PP] is the amount collected and is a negative number in the table). Pretty stumped here... Thank you! The table doesn't have any null values so if there are no monies yet collected, it would be zero. Thank you. Can I write two IIF statements in this one expression? The below revision doesn't work but am I on the right track? -Round(IIf([Production]<1 Or IIF([PP]<1,0
