Have you checked the actual value that causes the error? I then removed the calcs and the query would run. Then I started playing around to see if I could get the calculations to work. I changed all values in the original table to doubles and set the "group by" total to expression. I have it working for now, so I hope that will suffice. Thanks! I am attempting to pull any that has a calculated field that is > 0.8. When I add this or a sort I get and error of Overflow and all the fields change to "Name?". If the sort or the critera are not there the query works fine or if I limit it to a single department within the query it works fine. If I attempt to query the entire table the error happens. I have not encountered this error before and have no idea what it means or how to fix it. Reply With Quote 05-06-11,10:32 #2 CHI Brian View Profile View Forum Posts Registered User Join Date Mar 2009 Posts 120 I figured this out. There were several fields that had an error as there was no data to calculate, so I added an IF statement to the calculation and it solved my Overflow problem. THanks anyway!
