Sounds weird but double-check in the BIOS that it can see the HDs. 0Votes Share Flag Collapse - Try.... by ---TK--- · 6 years ago In reply to CD Boot Memory Overflow E ... removing all the RAM except for one stick... install the OS with 1 Gig of RAM, once it is installed turn off the system, unplug from the wall, purge the power (hold the power button in for 5 sec, you will see the fans twitch), install the rest of the RAM, and fire up your PC... And you should be good to go.From what I recall, XP doesn't like to be installed
