Too Many 'Pack Header Not Found' Warnings!' despite this it still rips the full disk of approx. 4GB. However DVD Shrink won't load it and when I try playing it in anything (WinDVD, VLC, et al) it won't play beyong 1min 50 secs. I tried recreating the IFOs using IFO Edit, tried blanking with VOB Blanker, tried fixing with FixVTS, and re-ripping with RipIt4Me (running FixVTS again) none seemed to get a result past 1min 50secs, and some only outputted 1 VOB of consistant size as to only contain 1min 50secs of video/audio. The DVD won't play beyond 1min 50secs on my standalone player either (I was hoping to bypass this with the ripping). When I --just now-- tried playing the second VOB file of the title set with VLC, no video, audio, or timing info appeared and an ominous progress bar slid accross the application in about 10 seconds. I guess this DVD is un-repairable - maybe doesn't even have proper data in it's 4GB of files but wondered if any gurus had any suggestions? Thanks all. not found, what is it? Did i do something wrong? :) CROSS LIGHTNING UK!1st April 2004, 19:19It means the program found an empty sector (or at least one that doesnt start with 00 00 01 BA - the 'pack header') within a VOB file. dvdburner223rd April 2004, 12:24Greetings, I have gotten the same pack header not found message, and the exact same dvd was ripped perfectly on my other computer. What exactly do you need to do to remove this error. Q1: Is it a configuration problem ? I have been having an incredibly hard time getting the movie ripped to hd to http://forum.videohelp.com/threads/260735-Pack-Header-Not-Found-copying-problem play, and then getting the movie to play. Q2: What are the requirements? Ex. Windows 98/se/me/2000/xp region free drive dvd decrypter aspi layer (Can directx be causing any problems?) region killer power dvd 3 or power dvd 4 I am getting errors with cyberlinks power dvd 4, however, power dvd 3 works fine on my one computer. On the other computer, neither 3 or 4 will play the movie. http://forum.doom9.org/archive/index.php/t-73643.html And I did get the movie ripped once, and it started to play, so I tried it again, and it couldnt rip or play the movie. Q3: Could nvidia nforce 2 chipset or nvidia fx5200 video card drivers be causing any trouble? Keep in mind this is a new computer that I have not installed any garbage-ware(a.k.a. microsludge) on yet..... Thank you in advance for any response to this thread... Japhsoncross11th April 2004, 02:04hello, i guess it was the problem of the DVD-rom Driver, but i am not sure. one dvd can be decrypted fine on my portable pc, and it will be reported pack head error on my desktop pc. Japhsoncross17th May 2004, 00:21I have got the point. I refresh the firmware of my Sony DDU1621 from S4.0 to S3.3, and the problem never come up again. LIGHTNING UK!17th May 2004, 10:30The only drive I've seen to always cause this problem is the Pioneer 120S. Is the Sony based on that do you know? Anyway, glad you've sorted it. My program can only go by the information the drive returns. If it's not reliable, there is little I can do about it! (Informing the user of potential problems is one of the main re

This can cause a conflict. Version 3.5.2.0 should be able to Decrypt The Forgotten. If nothing is running in the background then here is the PSL file by UK Lightning. First make sure nothing is trying to claim access of the DVD drives on your system. Rename the File so that the .txt is not on the end then Open DVD Decrypter and Insert the CD. Let it read its contents. From the FILE Menu / Protected Sectors List / Import. Import the attached file after you rename it. The error: fatal: unable to create thread: Resource temporarily unavailable ... strongly suggests that you've run out of memory on the server, which can happen if you have either: A repository with lots of large files, which can cause re-packing to take a lot of memory. Limited virtual memory - either in general, or just for that account due to the ulimit setting A suggestion here is to limit the amount of memory that packing may take by logging into the remote system (as the user that git runs as) and doing: git config --global pack.windowMemory "100m" git config --global pack.packSizeLimit "100m" git config --global pack.threads "1" share|improve this answer edited Sep 10 at 7:56 answered Sep 9 '11 at 14:39 Mark Longair 183k43295267 1 Thank you! I was receiving the same error as OP. I tried implementing pack.windowMemory and pack.SizeLimit config items, but I was still receiving the error. When I added pack.threads "1" everything was resolved! –Brian C Jan 24 '13 at 21:37 1 I started with great enthusiasm when I tried to
