Tried Kodak support with no kodak printer error results so took matters into my own hands.Noticed the top tray seemed jammed into the printer. Tried pulling it out but it seemed locked. Flipped the printer over, removed 8 screws, 4 metal plates. Removed bottom tray, set aside. Remove 3 screws for plastic bracket that holds top tray. Move bracket over, be careful not to damage wires. Remove top tray and reinstall so that it is in extended position. There is two notched in the side of the top tray. Extend so that catch is in back notch.Reassemble everything in reverse order. Take care that the top tray does not slide into the printer when you turn the printer over. It did for me the first time that the tray jammed again.Replug everything and startup the printer with top tray extended past bottom tray. The printer will tell you that top tray is jammed, push top tray flush with bottom tray.Printer now works. Don't know why tray jams in the first place but this solution can keep you from scrapping printer or paying for service.Very disappointed with Kodak printer. Obviously printers were not their core business and they paid a sub-contractor to build these products for them. My next printer will be an HP.
