If you know where it should go, please advise. I have the system you see above and also two HP Printers....a Laserjet P2035 and a Officejet J3680 four in one. My computer has stopped sending data to both printers. After I send a print job I check Printers and Faxes in the Control Panel and both printers will show "0" jobs waiting to print. I also have a Logitech wireless mouses and keyboard with the tiny USB memory sticks. I tried all four of my USB outlets on the back of my computer and got no printing. The keyboard and mouse will work in any of the four ports I put them in but the printers won't. I also tried switching cables on the computers, tried 2 other spare cables but still got no printing. So, the cables are good. I had this problem about a month ago, took my computer and the P2035 to a shop, they got it printing but now the problem has resurfaced. I'm not sure what they did but my receipt says "Removed all printers then reinstalled the two important ones." I'm not sure what that means but I think they re-installed the drivers from the HP site since I didn't give them my printer CDs. Since first posting this problem I tried printing with my laptop. No problem with either printer.....so the problem has to originate in my HP tower computer. My thanks in advance for any suggestions. jonlwhite, Feb 19, 2012 #1 pip22 Joined: Nov 21, 2004 Messages: 2,536 Try repeating what the guys in the shop did
