Year-end center ACA Members More Cancel This group requires membership for participation - click to join PCCharge "User in Use" error message Since upgrading a client to PCCharge 5.9.3 SP2 with MAS 200 4.30.21 they have been experiencing daily "user in use" errors when processing charges and especially when pc charge pro troubleshooting running the sales journal update to postauthorize the credit cards.Has anybody else come across this error and if so is there a different resolution aside from constantly stopping/restarting PCCharge on the server? Otherwise, you will be unable to charge the same amount to a credit card twice in one day (e.g. for 2 reservations or 2 similar purchases). 4.Click the Advanced button, then click Configure IP Settings 5.Make sure that the "Enable standard TCP/IP Integration" box is NOT checked. 6.Check the "Enable Secure TCP/IP Integration" box. 7.You will need the port number, but it may be "blacked out".
