When I try to go to the play station store I get a message saying psp store shut down "an error has occured. (80551010)" and it just allows me to press O to go back. Then the background of the store appears but it's like if everything was empty or blank. I can't go to anywhere besides the downloads session

But your PSP "Download List" will still work and you can still make "In-Game" purchases on PSP.You can buy PSP games from the Online Playstation Store or the PS3 Playstation Store.
