It is usually print mode error because you have the machine set up as A4 and the your documents or printer driver set to 81/2 X11(American letter size) size paper ,to override this ,got to the menu system button in the top left of the operation panel ,scroll down to printer setting in one of those menues you'll find A4/letter override turn it on and you'll get rid of the problem .
