or casuing any other issues, it happens all day every day.Thanks... Friday, May 01, 2009 6:56 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Hi, Thanks for the post. From your description, I understand that the warning stating “The server service was unable to map error code 1722” keeps receiving in Event Log. To troubleshoot this issue, let’s first restart the spooler service for check. 1. Open Printers print spooler not running error and Faxes. 2. On the File menu, click Server Properties, and then click the Advanced tab. 3. Select the Log spooler error events, Log spooler warning events, and Log spooler information events check box 4. Stop and restart the spooler service After that, please take the time to collect the Event Log for further research. Meanwhile, we also need to collect the relevant registry keys to check if any third party printers monitor key needs to be removed. 1. Click "Start", go to "Run", type in "regedit" and press "Enter". 2. Browse to the following registry key by clicking the PLUS (+) sign: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print 3. Right click “Print” and select Export. 4. Compress the registry file to a Zip file. Use Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) to upload the file and then give me the download address. I look forward to your reply.
