Customer Question I have the Konica Minolta pagepro 1350W printer and have used it for many years i installed it on my new dell pc, with windows 7 (64 bit) using the drivers i found on your website, it installed fine and the status window comes up as it is connected and ready but it will not print, the print spooler keeps stopping prints remain in queue. on the word program the printer comes up as paused, i have a new cartridge andwould like to be able to use the printer.
