I can give you a work-around that has a good chance of working but will not guarantee it:1) Go on the internet and download ans install the 995PDF printer driver.2) Go to the Control Panel and tehn into Printers.3) Highlight the ProSeries PDF Printer and right-click on it and printer error select Properties.4) Go to the Advanced Tab.5) On the line labeled "Driver:" click on the down arow and select the "PDF995 Printer Driver"6) Click the Apply button then the OK button.
