laptop, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and I have installed drivers for both my HP Laserjet CP1215 and Canon MP150 (and re-installed quite a few times now too...). Whenever I try and print a document, from WordPad, Adobe Reader, Word, whatever, it just appears in the print queue with the Status as "Error - Printing". If I run the HP diagnostics utility, it can print test pages, no problem. So the USB printer error message connection and actual printer are fine. They also work fine with other PCs. I've checked the print spooler is up and running in "Services". Exactly the same problem happens with both HP and Canon printers (both are USB). Anyone please help! EPSON Print: Error - Printing, Network Printer Error. Mike Mclain discusses one possible fix to the EPSON Print: Error - Printing, epson printer error message while using a EPSON workforce network printer. Preface: A few weeks how to clear print spooler ago (circa November 11) I wrote an article discussing a possible solution to the EPSON Scan: error sent to printer Cannot Communicate with the scanner... Error that I encountered. Conversely, Lady Fortuna decided to bestow upon me (this week) the inverse and equally unique problem (a sudden http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/143459-cant-print-just-says-error-printing-queue.html inability to print) thus I now find myself writing an article covering one possible solution to the EPSON Print: Error - Printing error I encountered. Now, before I start discussing my solution to this particular problem, allow me to provide a brief disclaimer: First, it is important to recognize that this particular error message http://mamclain.com/?page=Blog_Personal_Projects_EPSON_Print_Fix is inherently (if not intentionally) a metaphoric turkey shoot, insofar as such messages are inherently generic by design and the number of problems that can ultimately produce such errors are extremely vast. Likewise, with this being said, I highly recommend that you review the differential paragraph (provided below) and determine if the symptoms discussed match the ones you have encountered (noting that, if they do not, the solution to your particular variation of this error likely exist elsewhere on the Internet). Second, given the diverse occurrence of this particular problem (since printers are practically a household item), I attempted to make this article as broad as possible in order to make it more palatable to an assortment of technical backgrounds. Conversely, as a result of this objective, I have incorporated a number of screenshots into this article (since a picture is typically worth a 1000 words) and I would like to briefly mention that these screenshots are being presented, wi

Join Now Hi All, We are experiencing issues with several Network printers failing "Error Printing" It seems to be randomly affecting 3-4 printers on our network. We have taken several steps to resolve this such as 1) Updating all drivers 2) Updating Server + Rebooting The only way to clear the printer up is to stop the print spooler service and delete the files from the windows32 spool folder. But that only temporary fixes the issue until a few hours later. We've had a printer engineer out and it's not the actual printers that are causing the problem Please could anyone help suggest a fix for this? Many thanks Michael Reply Subscribe RELATED TOPICS: Issue printing from a network printer Network Printer not showing up Network Printer Intrastructure   9 Replies Pure Capsaicin OP Little Green Man May 2, 2013 at 1:20 UTC If they are HP laser printers, this TechNet article may help you out.
