and with some users they will work fine for some time and then all of a sudden they will start popping printer spooling error windows 7 spooler errors on the local machine. I restart the computer and it still fails. I can only get it working again by manually mapping the printers. The issue isn't with any specific printer. When

it fails it fails on all printers and none of the printers will print until I manually remap. This only happens to a few users. All the client computers are XP. Any suggestions? Are slow spooling to network printer windows 7 these problematic users are in the same group? If not, is there anything in common? 2. Does this issue occur when the problematic user logs on another computer? 3. What’s the error message? Please capture a screenshot when it shows up.   How to capture a Screenshot: ======================= 1. Please press the Print Screen key (Putsch) on your keyboard. 2. Click Start, click Run, type MSPAINT, and click OK. 3. In Paint, click Paste under the Edit Menu, click Save under the File menu, type a file name for the screenshot, choose JPEG as "Save as type", click "Desktop" on the left pane, and click Save. 4. Please find the screenshot on the Desktop, and use Windows Live SkyDrive (http://www.skydrive.live.com/) to upload the file and then give me the download address.   In this case, please perform the following steps on the problematic client machines.   Suggestion 1: Clear spool file --------------------------------- Open Windows Explorer, refer to C:\windows\system32\spool\printers, and delete all of files in this folder (Do not delete the folder itself).   If it is possible, please disable/uninstall Antivirus software on the printer server to test. It was reported that some Antivirus software, such as MacAfee, may cause this issue. If you are

the Community! Creating your account only takes a few minutes. Join Now Hi, I'm facing this network printer issue almost everyday now (which used to happen once a fortnight). We have 11 Printers on the network https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/169709-network-printer-issues-restart-print-spooler-service (various brands and models) each has its own static IP. We also use a program called PaperCut Provider to track the printing and charge the appropriate client. Most recently, our staff members are having trouble printing (just https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/90437/Cant+add+printer+-+Print+Spooler+not+running+error sits in the queue or freezes) and they notify me. All I do is to restart the Print Spooler Service in the Small Business Server (Exchange 2003) and also the PaperCut Provider Services which is attached printer spooling to the Print Spooler Services. Once done, it'll be back normal and no trouble for a month or so. Until now, this is happening almost everyday. P.S - While restarting the service, sometimes the PaperCut Provider Service wouldn't start (it'll say "Starting...") and I might have to reboot the server :( Any suggestions, recommendations is highly appretiated.
