10.1000 Supply Memory Error the cause of this error is very simple, maybe you forgot to remove plastic from protection from chip on toner, as shown in image below. 10.1000 Supply Memory Error once you remove this orange color plastic and insert toner back, printer should detect the toner and error will not appear again.
