cables, I did that and it still came on, so I installed a new printhead, it still came on http://fixyourownprinter.com/posts/35391 so I installed a new system board, and the printhead error came up later that day. Am I missing something, what could cause this error to come up? I'm at a http://www.servicesprinters.com/2014/11/lexmark-error-codes-930-printhead-error.html loss as of now. Respond to this 1 You could have a printhead killing the system board, killing the printhead. This has happened to me twice with the Optra S series of printhead error printers. Replace the system board AND the printhead (along with the cables that are included with the new printhead) and see if that solves your problem. I am guessing your printhead error code is a 932 as there are no 6xx errors on the T series of printers. Since the printhead is looking for 24v, you may also have a power problem. You might service printhead error also try a new LVPS or check the voltage at your electrical outlet. by Spose on Jan 27, 2006 at 7:21am Add comment Please sign in to comment Guy above is correct in you'd have to replace both printhead & system board, thats what Lexmark told me on a T632 when I called. The 1yr. warranty had expired but still had 4-5 months on an Adv. Exchange option (not sure if cust. had bought this separate or not)Go here & check the warranty stats as those parts will cost alot to do. http://www.lexmark.comJust click on left side where it says "Check Warranty Status Online" & that'll bring up a new window where you'll enter the model & serial #s - Sharpie 0 On the older lexmarks, it was replacing the engine board which solved it if the printhead replacement did not work. Not sure about the T632. by dmzcompute on Jan 20, 2006 at 12:22pm Add comment Please sign in to comment Please sign in to comment Lexmark T 632 Buy discount ink Buy this printer More Lexmark questions © Copyright 2011-2016, FixYourOwnPrinter.com, Inc.
