A few guildmates and I have decided to give PSO one last hurrah before PSU, so we all figured we'd all get on PSOBB. Unfortunetly I seem to be the only one having problems. I've downloaded the game, made my Sega ID, and purchased a HL, but for some reason I am getting stuck during the patch update. I checked the official PSO BB message boards in hopes of finding the fix but no luck. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help and those who even bother to read this. Location: USA, New Jersey, Union County System: PC Running Windows XP Connection: Broadband, Cable ISP: Optimum Online Setup: Broadband router Linksys BEFSR81 V3 Error is 903: Unable to connect to patch server or whatever says it might be down for maintenance. I was thinking I need to foward some ports on my router. Or perhaps my Norton Internet Security was messing it up. Once again thanks in advance for any help. Have you tried disabling it? It didn't work. [ This Message was edited by: AC9breaker on 2006-07-21 05:59 ] "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. They stood back to back as th

I'm fairly certain I have now constructed a thread that has been made before and may have already become ubiquitous throughout the forum. And for that I apologize. The possibility for me to receive a clear and helpful solution to my predicament will increase if I am to give a step-by-step process of my trials. While recently recieving PSO:BB, I have followed the instructions verbatim. Or to my knowlege of what http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?85485-PSOBB-903-Error seems to be following them verbatim. When registering my UserID at the Main Menu (after implanting the server addresses and downloading the Japanese Item Patch and Standard Patching) and following up with my password, I attempt to log into PSO:BB using the "Start Game" button located on the Main Menu. Instantly, I am brought to a page that informs me of a new patch consisting of "Cat Ears" and "Photon Crystals" and what have you. After being instructed to press http://s7.zetaboards.com/PSO_SERVER_HOME/topic/274680/1/ the Enter key to advance, the system loads for approximately 40 seconds. I am then giving the message:Quote:(No 903)Server Connection FailedThe server may be under maintanance. Please check with the current new updates on the Official Site. This is where my problem is located. After several trials of running back and forth between sites for the server, I have still not been able to rectify my problem. And now I am asking for assistance.Any clear and precise help to my situation is appreciated.Regards,Roivas Ranvier Elegance Nov 28 2007, 10:23 PM Post #2 Psycho Killer Posts:853 Group:Members Member#11,374 Joined:November 18, 2007 I'm not sure how you FIX this, but normally, if you just wait around 2-5 minutes (sometimes 10 ) and try to log in again, it'll work. The trick is just to be patient and do something else while you wait Roivas Ranvier Nov 28 2007, 10:29 PM Post #3 Posts:16 Group:Members Member#11,665 Joined:November 28, 2007 Thank you for the assistance, Elegance. Or are the ones I already have the only two in exsistance?~Roivas Ranvier Bravepower Nov 29 2007, 08:1
