Could be caused by a missing or misaligned cartridge carrier, or an obstruction, or unexpected cartridge in either the carousel path or Import/Export slot. -------------- Remove the power cable and SCSI cables then try open the top cover. I have 5 of these devices, few of them were replaced as its not working anymore due to these codes and as they are pretty obsolete, its not worth to repair them anymore. Manual intervention is necessary.
