Quickbooks Did Not Recognize Your Login Credentials
codes 15240 and 15311 in quickbooks accountant 2015? I am using QuickBooks Accountant Desktop quickbooks business services 2015 V25.0D R6 operating on Windows 8. When attempting a backup it forces me to rebuild my data. quickbooks service profiles never updated This file was converted from QuickBooks Online to Accountant 2015. My client now uses QuickBooks Pro 2015 The update for Essentials/New Features/Maintenance releases/Accountant/Data Protect shows the status as error #15240. Service Profiles show

error 15311 and Critical Fixes shows a status of install pending. When I click on install pending it tells me I need to close and re-open.
