If you have the NDS web browser card you have no way to save anything to the r4 as neither the DS Lite or the NDS web browser have the ability to save data. The game save function and program routine is part of the game cartridge the r4 operating system does not have that instruction set. Even if it could or I have misunderstood and you are actually referring to do this with a DSi R4s are updated by replacing the operating system which comes in a zipped file. Nothing that Nintendo has put out to date can unpack a zipped file. Learning is my first love.
