Update KB3072630, which published in July 2015. This issue may also be related to certain uninstall and reinstall scenarios. Solution This issue is addressed in Reflection 14.1 products beginning in version 14.1.4.487 (identified as version 14.1.4487 in Control Panel > Programs), which includes Reflection FTP Client version 14.1.556 or higher. Maintained customers can obtain and apply Reflection 14.1 Service Pack 4 Update 1 (version 14.1.4.489) or higher. For more information, see Technical Note 2812. Alternatively (not recommended), remove the installed update KB3072630 in Windows Control Panel > Programs. Rates vary between regions of the world with about 25% of Europeans and 80% of Asians affected.[2] Near-sightedness is the most common disorder.[3] Rates among adults are between 15-49% while rates among children are between 1.2-42%.[4] Far-sightedness more commonly affects young child and the elderly.[5][6] Presbyopia affects most people over the age of 35.[1] The number of people with refractive errors that have not been corrected was estimated at 660 million (10 per 100 people) in 2013.[7] Of these 9.5 million were blind due to the refractive error.[7] It is one of the most common causes of vision loss along with cataracts, macular degeneration

Using this plug-in, users can create Eclipse Java projects with some specificities. For example, they can add Java classes’ names which will be saved in a file. These Java classes can be created on the src of the project or used from a jar file which reflection error in must be added to the project classpath. In this case, the plug-in will use reflection to get some data from each class. There are two different test cases that give the same error because the plug-in can't find the class to instantiate: A jar contain a class having a name saved in the file is not added to the project classpath. So in this case the classpath is incomplete. The user of the plug-in updated a jar in which its old version of the jar contained the named class, but the new version of jar does not (which could happen if class was deleted from the new version of the jar). In this case, the plug-in will not find the class but the classpath is complete. So The plug-in must differentiate between the two test cases when it fails finding the class name using reflection.
